Charles integrates his background in sociology with his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Holy Cross (2021). He has provided professional counseling to a wide range of clients and issues, treating clients ranging from age 12 to 70+. He has extensive experience treating issues including grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and self-esteem issues.

Charles recognizes that every client has unique experiences, motivations, and strengths, and tailors his approach to the person sitting across from him. He sees his role as providing a safe place to share experiences, process circumstances, and work toward living a more fulfilling life.
